- Turn the TV OFF (Smart TV's streaming service may affect pairing).
- Turn on the Opera Set.
- Remove the Opera headphones from the base.
- Power on the Opera headphones.
- Wait for them to re-connect. The LED indicator on the headphones and the transmitter will both turn SOLID BLUE.
- After the 1st pair of headphones have connected with the base, turn them off, but leave the transmitter on.
- Get the 2nd pair of headphones into pairing mode.
- Slide the power switch or press and hold the MFB on your headphones until they enter pairing mode. For Avantree headphones, you should see the LED start flashing RED & BLUE.
- If you're not sure how to get your headphones into pairing mode, you can Google it, for example, search "Sony XM4 Bluetooth Pairing mode".
- Get the transmitter into Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Slide the power switch to the Bluetooth icon (PAIR) for 2 seconds, the LED on the transmitter base will start flashing RED & BLUE.
- Put the headphones close to the transmitter and wait for them to pair and connect. Once connected, the LED indicators on the transmitter will turn solid BLUE.
- After the 2nd pair of headphones are connected, turn all 3 devices off (1st headphones, 2nd headphones, and transmitter).
- Turn the devices on in these order: transmitter, 1st headphones, and 2nd headphones. They should all connect to each other.
For future use:
- Turn the devices on in these order: transmitter, 1st headphones, and 2nd headphones. They should all connect to each other.
- If not, click the play button on the headphones (in between the volume buttons) and wait for 5-10 seconds until they connect.
- Alternatively, slide the power switch on the transmitter down and release, then wait for 5-10 seconds until they connect.
