How to Use the Opera Headphones Independently with Another Device

The AS90C Headphones that came with the set CAN be used independently as a regular Bluetooth headphone. 

All Avantree TV headphone and transmitter sets come "FACTORY LOCKED". This means that as soon as they are turned on, they prioritize connecting with each other. They will automatically re-connect with each other rather than with any other previously paired devices.

With that in mind, here's how to use the headphones with another Bluetooth device.

1st Time Use:

Step 1: TURN OFF / UNPLUG the transmitter.

Step 2: Enter the Headphones into BLUETOOTH PAIRING MODE.

Please make sure that the headphone has been turned ON. Slide the power switch towards “PAIR” side and hold it there until the LED starts flashing RED & BLUE. You should also hear a "Pairing" voice prompt from the headphones.

Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth on your Mobile Device.

Search & Select Avantree AS90C to connect. 

Reconnecting:

For subsequent uses, simply select AS90C in your mobile device's Bluetooth settings, and the headphones will reconnect. Please ensure that your transmitter is turned OFF before doing so.
