If your Opera headphones and transmitter fail to reconnect, please follow these steps to reconnect and lock them again. This may be because you paired your headphones with another device, or you're using a new replacement pair of headphones.
- If your transmitter is connected to your TV's USB port, switch it to another power source, such as your wall outlet or laptop. Then, turn off the TV. This is to prevent interference from your TV.

- After turning on, press and hold both “+” and “-“ for 6 seconds until the RED and BLUE LEDs turn on simultaneously for 2 seconds (may look PINK). After a while, it will enter pairing mode automatically with the LED flashing RED and BLUE.
- Clear the pairing history of the Opera transmitter.
- Slide the power switch to the Bluetooth icon for 2 seconds, until the LED indicator at the front of the transmitter starts flashing RED and BLUE.
- Slide the power switch to the Bluetooth icon again for 5 seconds until the LED indicator turns RED and BLUE simultaneously for 5 seconds (may look PINK). Then the transmitter will enter pairing mode automatically and pair with the headphones.
- Lock them together again (very important). After the headphones are connected to the transmitter, hold the LOCK button on the transmitter for 10S until the RED and BLUE LEDs at the front of the transmitter turn on simultaneously for 5 seconds (may look PINK) to LOCK them. After the lock, the LED indicator on both devices will turn solid BLUE.
