If your Ensemble headphones and transmitter fail to reconnect, please follow these steps to reconnect and lock them again. This may be because you paired your headphones with another device, or you're using a new replacement pair of headphones.
1. If your transmitter is connected to your TV's USB port, switch it to another power source, such as your wall outlet or laptop. Then, turn off the TV. This is to prevent interference from your TV.
2. Get the headphones into pairing mode - Switch on the headphones, then hold the power switch to the Bluetooth icon for 5 seconds. The LED indicator will start flashing RED & BLUE. For batch numbers TTJ1 and later (HT5150) and T22L1 and later (AS50), do this instead: switch on the headphones, then press and hold the play/pause button until the LED indicator starts flashing RED & BLUE.
3. Wait for them to connect. Once connected, you will see the LED indicators on both the transmitter and headphones turn solid BLUE.
** IMPORTANT, DON'T SKIP THIS STEP **
4. Lock them together again - double-click the MFB on the transmitter to lock the headphones to the transmitter. The transmitter will then automatically reboot and reconnect to the headphones. The LED indicator will go from solid BLUE >>> flashing rapidly for a few seconds >>> solid BLUE.
Now that they're locked together, they should automatically connect to each other the next time you use them. No need to pair them each time!
