2.2 Set Up 2: Ensemble Headphone and Transmitter Base Connected

Note 2.1 The Headphones and the transmitter base in the SET are "Factory Locked." You don't need to manually pair them each time. All you need to do is turn both on and they should automatically connect within 2-5 sec.

Sometimes, if the headphones are connected with other Bluetooth devices, e.g. your headphones / PC, then it will NOT reconnect to the base. Pls turn other device's Bluetooth function OFF and then click the Play / Pause button on the headphone to initiate the reconnection.

Step 1. Power the Headphones ON.

Switch the On/Off Button on the Headphone to On mode. The Indicator will start flashing RED and BLUE alternately.

Step 2. Power the Transmitter ON.

Flip the Power Switch on the Transmitter to ON. The Indicator lights up, flashing BLUE. Wait for a few seconds. They should automatically connect with each other. Note 2.2 Once connected, headphone shows SOLID BLUE. The LED on the transmitter is SOLID BLUE. You'll also hear "CONNECTED" through the Headphones.

If this is not the case, please turn both devices off turn them back on again, and wait for 5-10 seconds.

If this does not happen even you tried to turn them both off and on and waited for 5 seconds, you might need manually Re-pair, Connect, and Lock the headphone and transmitter base again. 

Note: Starting from batch T23H2, the transmitter defaults to ON.
