☆How to Factory Reset/Clear Pairing History of the Sky Ace?

Conducting a factory reset of the Sky Ace will clear all past pairing data and restore the default settings for the product. You may want to reset it if you have some pairing issues.

Factory Reset the Transmitter

Turn on the transmitter first. Then press and hold the buttons at the same time for 6 seconds until the indicators show RED & BLUE simultaneously for 3 seconds (it may look PINK). It should then go into pairing mode and the will alternate between flashing RED & BLUE.

Factory Reset the Earbuds

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep case lid open.
2. Press & hold on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the earbuds turn PINK for about 2 seconds.
   
3. Now the reset is done. Wait for the R earbud to start flashing BLUE & RED again.
   
   Note: If the R earbud doesn’t initiate flashing blue and red, please close the case lid and open it again to restart the earbuds.
