How to fix one side sound/delay between right and left sides issue with Airpods Pro 2

If you get sound from only one side or a delay between the right and left sides when you pair the Airpods Pro 2 with Relay, please try to fix it with the following steps:

1. Make sure the Relay has been plugged into the audio source jack completely. If you use the Dual AUX 3.5mm Adapter, make sure it is pushed completely into Relay too. 

2. Turn off the Bluetooth on your iPhone

3. Put the Airpods Pro 2 back into its case and close the case.  Then open the case, and wait for 3 seconds until the LED light turns off on the case. Now take out the Airpods Pro 2.

4.  If Step 1 & 2 don't help, please try to factory reset both the Relay and Airpods Pro 2. Then try to pair again.
