Step 1: Set TV audio format to PCM.
- Go into your settings menu, and select "AUDIO"

Select "DIGITAL AUDIO OUT"
- Switch it to "PCM"
Step 2: Turn Surround Sound OFF.
- Also under AUDIO menu, go to "SURROUND SOUND" and switch it to OFF
Step 3: Reboot the transmitter & the headphones.
Turn both your transmitter & your headphones OFF, wait for a few seconds, and turn them back on again. Now you should be good to go.
