Relay - How to factory reset/clear pairing history?

Performing a factory reset on the Relay will erase all previous pairing information and revert the device to its default settings. It is advisable to execute a reset if you are experiencing difficulties pairing the device with your headphones.

STEP 1: Power on the Relay.

STEP 2: Simultaneously press and hold the    for a duration of 6 seconds until the illuminates RED and BLUE for 3 seconds (this may appear PINK). The device should then enter pairing mode, with the LED alternating between flashing RED and BLUE.
