Sometimes if the device isn't working properly, e.g. can't pair with any devices, resetting it to its factory settings and clearing its pairing history can help.
- Please clear / delect the pairing information on the Bluetooth list of your phone.
- Make sure the Apico is OFF.
- Press and hold MFB for about 10 seconds until the RED LED light turns on for 1 second then turns off.
Then your pairing history is cleared and the earbud will go into pairing mode automatically as soon as it is turned on.
