10BS - The car kit can’t connect with my phone or it is always disconnected, what should I do?

Firstly you should make sure that the Bluetooth function of your mobile phone is on. If not, please turn on your Bluetooth of your cellphone and connect "Avantree 10BS".

You may need to reset 10BS if it is not working as expected. When it is reset to factory default settings, all the paired mobile phones information will be erased.

STEP 1 Make sure the 10BS is on. And your phone is disconnected from our 10BS.

STEP 2 Press and hold both V+ and V- for about 10 seconds until the LED flashes blue and red, then release the buttons.

STEP 3 Power off 10BS. After being powered on again, it will enter pairing mode automatically.
