Priva III/IIA - Troubleshooting - Not working / no sound

The most FREQUENT causes of there being no sound are the following >

1. No valid audio signal being fed into the Priva III/IIA

Plug the headphone directly into TV, can you hear sound? If no sound, check below pls:

If connected using AUX/3.5mm audio out, change your TV audio out setting to "Headset".

If connected using RCA ports, 1) Ensure use the RED/WHITE ports labeled "AUDIO OUT". Other RCA ports are usually AUDIO IN and incorrect. 2) Change your TV audio out setting to "External Speaker".

If connected using a DAC(Digital Analog Adapter), ensure change your TV audio format to "PCM"

Try another audio cable, can you hear sound from headphone now? If yes, then it is caused by faulty cable, contact support@avantree.com for FREE cable replacement pls. 

Pls follow User Guide Step 1 & 2 carefully. 

 

2. The Priva III/IIA and Headphones are not connected properly

Pair and connect Priva III/IIA and your headphones again, refer to Pair Priva III/IIA with Bluetooth headphone/speaker.

Once connected successfully, LED on Priva III/IIA flashes ONCE or TWICE per 5 seconds.
