TWS109 - 2017 batch - How to reset / clear pairing history / restore to factory default setting?


Somtimes the earbuds may not work as expected, like can't enter pairing mode, or can't connect with your Bluetooth device, please follow the below instructions to clear the pairing history on the TWS109.

  1. When charging, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes RED and BLUE simultaneously once (like PINK); then it will power off automatically.
  2. Delect / forget any information about TWS109 on the Bluetooth list.
  3. Then try to connect your phone again.
