TR509 - Troubleshooting - No sound / different volume

If this happened before using under water, please try

  1. Choose the proper size of eartips and replace them.
  2. Please make sure the earphone jack is plugged in tightly. If you use the extension cable, please make sure it is also firmly plugged in.

If this happened after using under water, please try

  1. REMOVE the silicone eartips and SHAKE THE EARBUDS 3-5 TIMES TO EXPEL the excess water from the earphones.
  2. After each session of use please REPEAT the first step and place them somewhere to dry. This will ensure your earphones last as long as possible.
