TR509 - Troubleshooting - No sound from left/right ear / different volume level

If this happened before using under water, please try

1. Replace with another set of eartips.

2. Make sure the earphone jack is plugged in tightly. If you use the extension cable, please make sure it is also firmly plugged in.

If this happened after using under water, please try

1. To avoid excess water going into the earphone, please REPLACE the "tree" shape waterproof earplugs in your ears' size before swimming.

2. REMOVE the silicone eartips and SHAKE THE EARBUDS 3-5 TIMES TO EXPEL the excess water from the earphones.
